FAY ELLIS
Staff member and former IFBB Pro Womens Physique athlete Fay Ellis has over 20 years of training experience and is still expanding her knowledge under Chris's watchful eye as they train together every day. One off sessions or regular PT, Fay can help you with all your training needs.

Chris Wormley has over 30 years experience in the industry and is a successful gym owner, prep coach and author.
Sessions with Chris aren't for the faint hearted but if you are looking to bring up a lagging body part or just want to be put through your paces then book in with Chris!

OFF SEASON:
Initial assessment: £200
Off season: From £150/month
Both of the above include 1 to 1 meetings, discussions and update photos taken at the gym.

General health/lifestyle coaching: From £100/month

ZOOM CALLS: Q&As, extra updates, physique assessment, nutrition analysis, lifestyle assessment, PED advice and bloodwork assessment.
£30/15 minutes. Please get in touch for further information.
CONTEST PREP (MALE OR FEMALE):
Up to 20 Week Prep: From £750 payable in advance or from £250/month (not including peak week leading up to show day).

This includes constant regular contact via WhatsApp as and when required or in person if needed.
PEAK WEEK CHARGES:

DISTANCE DIAL IN £150
Chris and Fay will not be present at the show. This includes constant contact via phone all week up to an including show day.
HANDS ON DIAL IN £250 + Show ticket and travel/food expenses:
This includes the same phone contact as above but Chris and Fay will be there on show day to make sure everything is running according to plan plus help with tanning and pump up if promoters allow backstage access.

CHRIS AND FAY'S POSING TUITION £70/HOUR:
Help with mandatories, quarter turns and posing routines for the following categories :
