We have a new onsite Sports Massage Therapist!
Lewis Hinds will be joining us here at MuscleFactory Swinton, South Yorkshire with almost immediate effect running a sports massage clinic from 6pm on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and all day Sunday.
Lewis is also a fully qualified and brilliantly energetic class instructor and will be starting a number of different fitness classes here at some point in the near future!
Sports massage isn't just remedial, you can have regular treatment to promote muscle growth and good circulation, help keep muscles and joints from tightening up, reduce the risk of injury, break down scar tissue and for general wellbeing.
