Mint Choc Berry High Protein Pudding

*•.¸♡🍓🍓♡¸.•* Kind of at a loss with what to post on Facebook during this very strange/difficult period of time.

Coronavirus has left businesses closed and people are spending more time at home than ever. We could post more stuff about proper training but it would all be in vain what with gyms closed everywhere.

There will be more great home workouts coming, I just need to wait for a camera person to help when possible. There will also be more bodybuilding pictures!

But today I thought I'd show you this very quick and tasty high protein pudding which can be had after a meal or after training if you're doing a bit at home. 🤤

It's great for kids too as a healthy alternative to snacks or ice cream plus would be fun for them to make.

Obviously you can change the protein and sauce flavours to suit but here's the basic ingredients I used:

120g Fat Free Greek Yoghurt Dash of milk Half scoop Xplosive Ape Multi Stage Protein in Choc Caramel 15 blueberries 5 raspberries 1 large strawberry 5g Sweet Freedom choc mint sauce

Approximate nutrition values per high protein pudding: Protein 26g Carbohydrates 10g Fat <2g

Let me know if you try it!

Fay
