PRE WORKOUT POWDERS
Pre workout supplements are formulated to give you more focus, mental alertness, energy and better pumps during your workout. They usually contain a high dose of stimulant such as caffeine.
We also do non stimulant pre workouts for those who may be sensitive to caffeine or if you are training later on in the evening and don't wish to be laid wide awake all night contemplating life's choices. These still provide a great pump but without the added "buzz" effect.
If you regularly use a pre workout we would recommend having at least a 4 week break every now and again to let your body resensitize to the ingredients and make the most out of their effects.
We usually keep a staple range of pre workout powders in stock as listed below but will occasionally have something new in to try for a short while so always keep an eye out on the supplement shelves at gym!
