MuscleFactory was founded by Chris Wormley in 2006 with the specific intention of providing a first class bodybuilding/powerlifting/fitness gym that would accommodate all interests from basic fitness and health, to competitive bodybuilding and powerlifting, and all levels in between.
At MuscleFactory Gymnasium, we believe in only the highest standards of physical fitness training and our staff members strive to actively enrich the lives of our members and create a community of likeminded people who love being healthy and strong.

Everyone knows that exercise is good for you. But at MuscleFactory Gymnasium, we make it fun — and we’ll help you find a fitness routine that works for your lifestyle and personal goals.
Whether you want to work your core in the fitness room or pump iron on the bench, we’ve got what you need to get in shape and feel great. We are a gym where anyone can come and get a great workout and we want you to leave feeling better than ever.

THE GYM TODAY
AT THIS MOMENT IN TIME WE HAVE OVER 6000SQFT OF FLOOR AREA SPLIT INTO 5 MAIN AREAS:
AREA 1: RECEPTION/SUPPLEMENT SHOP, CARDIO EQUIPMENT, CHANGING ROOMS PLUS CHEST/SHOULDERS AND CALF EQUIPMENT.
AREA 2: RAISED PLATFORM DEDICATED TO BACK EQUIPMENT AND CARDIO.

AREA 3: ARMS/GLUTES/HAMSTRING EQUIPMENT PLUS STRETCHING AREA AND TOILET. OPENING IN JANUARY 2020 WILL BE A SPORTS THERAPY CLINIC HOME TO A QUALIFIED ACTIVE RELEASE THERAPIST WHO WILL BE ON SITE A FEW DAYS PER WEEK.

AREA 4: DEDICATED LEG ROOM WITH A VARIED RANGE OF EQUIPMENT.
AREA 5: FITNESS ROOM EQUIPPED WITH FUNCTIONAL FITNESS/STRENGTH EQUIPMENT (PROWLER TRACK, BATTLE ROPES, PUNCH BAGS, FARMERS WALK ETC). MAY BE USED AT ANY TIME.
WE ALSO HAVE A RANGE OF CHAINS, BANDS AND OTHER UNIQUE PIECES TO KEEP EVEN THE MOST AVID GYM GOER HAPPY.
Natural light is in abundance here, with long galleried windows coupled with lots of skylights…no dingey cellar training here!
Fully stocked trade priced supplement shop, with staff to help guide you with which does what and how to use them in the correct way to reach your personalised goals.
Separate male and female changing areas, newly refurbished upstairs toilet and soon to come mirrored posing area in the fitness room in addition to the lit posing mirror that we currently have.
Qualified staff are always on-hand for help with training and nutrition; staff who walk the walk…
Chris Wormley (Owner): NABBA Masters Over 40’s Mr UK and qualified Personal Trainer and nutritionist plus bodybuilding and figure prep coach.
Fay Ellis: Assistant Manager, Womens Physique IFBB Pro and qualified Personal Trainer plus Social Media Director.
